Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns, including unopened products, because products that have left our fulfillment center cannot be reused.

Eligible refunds cover the full product cost, excluding shipping, VAT, duties, and other applicable fees. Refunds are available for the first order only and do not apply to subsequent subscription shipments.

To request a refund, please contact our customer care team at MirceaCianci937.@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your first order. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
